Wow...haven't written in a while!  But...that is with good reason...I've been on vacation!!  Woo hoo!!  Cocoa Beach/Clearwater ROCKED!  Flew into Orlando and met up with my Uncle. We went and got Danielle from school.  That night we just grilled out and played at the pool! The beach was gorgeous on Wednesday...and then of course we ate at Lagoonz on Wed night...YUM YUM YUM! We took the kids to play at Nicol park down by the Indian River and just hung out!  Then Thurs we went to Danielle's award ceremony at school and then just hung out the rest of the day! A NASTY storm came! And then it was time to go meet Meredith!  So we drove into Orlando!  Mere and I were supposed to meet my friend Ken for dinner, but he wasn't able to make it!  Which ended up being an ok thing...because even though Kelly, Shawna and Saghar's flight was delayed, our 1 1/2 trip back to Tampa ended up taking almost 3 hours because of traffic and weather! So finally we get back to Mere's and we baked cookies and watched a movie!  Friday was Clearwater Beach! WOOO HOOOOO! It rocked, and then we ate seafood at Crabby Bills for dinner! (of course there was more cookie baking and chick flicks when we got home!) And then it was time to get the rest of the girls from the airport...Christine, Angie, and Kristen flew in late that night, and Cammie and Kristy arrived by car at like 2am.  Once again...Clearwater Beach on Saturday and then Bachelorette Party Saturday night!  We rented a hotel on the River front in Tampa.  It was awesome...our room over looked the river, University of Tampa, and in the distance we could see the Tampa Bucs stadium! And the sun set that was in the background of all that...wow! Absolutely gorgeous.  SO...we all get cleaned up and dressed up...do a mini lingeire party...play starter games for the Bachelorette Party and then hit Ybor City!  We went to Bernini's this cool Italian place for dinner. And then we went to Coyote Ugly...kinda lame...the Green Iguana...which had a really cool atmosphere, and then to some other place...which none of us knew the name of...it was just awesome...It was like a Tiki hut or something...on top of another building over looking the strip of Ybor City.  It was a round shaped building...but totally open with fans and the breeze just blowing through the place.  AWESOME!  Mere had a good time!  We all did...we all hung out with a couple of guys from London...who are traveling around the US playing and coaching soccer right now.  They were fun!  We all ended up going back to the hotel and Shawna and I stayed up and hung out with our English friends at the pool til like 6:30am! HA! Crazy! But what a fantastic pool...I've never been in a nicer hotel pool! Jones(Shawna) and I were like little kids playing in the pool. So of course after waking up at 10 the next morning and only running on three hours of sleep...some of the girls already gone to the airport...we pack up and hit the road back to Meredith's.  We stopped at International Plaza for some lunch and a little shopping...and...we ventured into the jewelry store of all jewelry stores...Tiffany's.  Let me just say I tried on an RMB with two trillion cut stones...like 2carats...$13 Grand....yeah...need I say more!  Then we left and went to the Hardrock Hotel and Casino...I was the only one never to have ventured to a Casino before...this one was just ok the girls said.  No tables, just slot machines.  I played with $7...haha...got up a time or two...but in the end...I was down $7.  Oh well!  The rest of the day was a trip to the airport to drop Kelly off, back to Mere's to pack up our stuff, piling on the couch during a terrible thunderstorm and watching the last two episodes of Friends, chit chatting, more chocolate chip cookies, and finally turning in for a good nights sleep before the alarm went off at 4am, so that we could get showers and catch our flight!  WHHHEEEWWWW...there ya have ... I think that's the gist of my trip! Now I'm back in TN, the BMW is still in the shop and Dad is letting me drive an '01 Grand Cherokee off the lot...YEAH...I think I like it!  Could definitely be an SUV girl...totally....could probably be a Florida girl too!  Anyhow...guess that's about it for now!  TTFN!  And Mere..."It's ok...the company will take care of it!" HAHAHA!!

LLLLAAAAWWWWW what a day.

Got in from the ATL yesterday...what a fantastic trip with the family...other than the Braves game and lots of eating out...we didn't do much else...but it was all good, cause we had fun just being together! 

My big bro called Saturday morning, he's back in the states!  YES!  I was so ready for him to be back in the U.S.

Today was the memorial service for Ken Ballard, very sad.  I saw this picture of him, just alive with bright blue eyes and a great smile!  To see his fraternity brothers and alumni and friends gather....tears, smiles....emotional.

Came home and got a little emotional myself.  Just being sensitive to a lot of little things lately, and just finally let it all out.  Kinda took it out on my roommate, which I felt bad about, but I think she understood some of my frustrations.  I apologized for taking somethings out on her that I shouldn't have.

So now, I'm finishing packing up and heading out on my trip tomorrow.  I've prayed, Justyn, Evie, and Danelle have prayed...and I pray several others pray (ha sounds kinda funny) that my flight lands safely in Orlando! (And safely back in Nasvhille on Monday of course!) 

Justyn...I forgot to tell you!  I was helping with VBS rolls today...and there was a JustYn on the roll! He's like a third grader or something! HA!  Anyhow...glad you got some good studying in today!

So me and the fam are chillin' in the ATL...

I am soooo full....we just ate at the Cheesecake Factory...phenominal!  I ate here one time before when I was in Atlanta for a formal my Soph. year of college!  Tomorrow is the Braves game and chillin' at the pool! 

Next week is FLORIDA!  Jesus...PLEASE give me a safe flight!

So this week has been pretty crazy...still learning moving situations, friends having difficult times, an acquaitance from college was killed in Iraq on Sunday May 30, my best friend got engaged...which was the biggest shock I've had in a long while...that's gonna create a little bend in the road of our friendship...long story don't ask...it's all good.

Anyhow...hope all is well with everyone else!

DJ...hope the wedding goes good tomorrow! I know it's not exactly what you want to be doing this weekend!

I can't believe I am up this late!  But ... oh well...it's just sleep!  I wrapped up my first "camp registration" tonight...whew!  Nah...just kidding!  It's all good!

So I'm staying at the parents tonight...Evie...thanks for your bed! HAHA!

Lots on the brain today...growing up is sometimes quite a headache!  "God is faithful," 1Cor. 1:9b ... how easily we too often forget!
